School Nutrition toured Trinity Farms earlier this week. This is such a neat operation!
Starting the week of April 24th we will start to bring in their lettuce for meal service. The lettuce is grown in a greenhouse type of environment using a method called aquaponics. Since it is grown this way it is also pesticide free.
