HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

ALL FOOD in MEAL BAG is FULLY COOKED  and only needs to be HEATED
These are types of things that come in the meal bags. FROM LEFT to RIGHT
WHOLE FRESH FRUITS and JUICE
CHIPS and COOKIES
 
REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
BOTTOM LEFT-Breakfast sandwiches that can be microwaved in the bag in 30- 45 seconds. Then if not hot for 5-10 seconds until hot enough.
BOWLS with LIDS- Microwave after taking lid off Lid can be set on top of bowl loosely to prevent splatter) 2-4 minutes or until hot.
SANDWICH MEATS in PLASTIC BAGS. Put a few tiny holes in the bag and microwave for 1 minute. Add more time(10-15 seconds) if it is not hot enough
PIZZA This can be heated in the bag, but is better if oven heated. If heating in the bag, put a few holes in the bag and heat 1 minute at a time until it is hot and the cheese is melted.
TIN TRAYS. 
Remove any bread in the tray. These will naturally thaw in 10 minutes or so
Heat for 3-4 minutes. Saran Wrap can be put on top of an open tray and wrapped around the tray after the lid is removed. 
MILK you will get half pints of milk. 
 
TIN TRAY MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS
Remove cardboard/tin lid and do not put lid in the microwave
Only place 1 tray in microwave at a time
Tray cannot touch sides of microwave
Saran wrap can be used to cover the tin tray
No other metal objects can be in microwave with the tin tray
Do not put in microwaves older than 1988
